1. About Youre Good

Youre Good is a virtual healthcare practice operated by Kristen Pasters, NP. We provide telehealth services including weight management, hormone therapy, metabolic testing, eating disorder support, and nutrition and exercise counseling to adults residing in Massachusetts and Florida.

Youre Good is not a hospital, urgent care facility, or emergency medical service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

2. Who Can Use Our Services

To receive care at Youre Good you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older

  • Be physically located in Massachusetts or Florida at the time of your telehealth visit

  • Have a valid form of payment

  • Agree to these Terms of Use in full

We reserve the right to decline to provide services to anyone at our clinical discretion.

3. Telehealth Services

Youre Good provides care exclusively through telehealth — all visits are conducted virtually through our patient portal, Tebra. By scheduling an appointment you acknowledge that:

  • Telehealth has limitations compared to in-person care

  • Technical issues may occasionally affect visit quality

  • Your provider may determine that your needs require in-person evaluation or referral to another provider

  • Youre Good does not provide 24/7 care or after-hours emergency support

4. State Licensing

Our providers are licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Florida. We cannot provide clinical care to patients located outside of these states. It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically located in Massachusetts or Florida at the time of your visit. Scheduling or attending a visit from outside these states may result in termination of your care.

[Legal review recommended: confirm licensing language meets MA and FL telehealth requirements!!!!!]

5. Appointments & Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you. By scheduling an appointment you agree to the following:

  • A $50 fee applies to no-shows

  • A $50 fee applies to cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled visit

  • Keeping scheduled follow-up appointments is required for ongoing medication approvals and prescription refills

  • Repeated missed appointments may result in discontinuation of your care and prescriptions

6. Payment

Youre Good is a cash-pay practice. Visit fees are due at the time of service. We do not bill insurance for appointments. Medication costs are separate from visit fees and may be submitted to your insurance — coverage varies by plan and is not guaranteed.

By scheduling an appointment you authorize Youre Good to charge your payment method for services rendered, including applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

[Legal review recommended: confirm payment terms comply with MA and FL consumer protection requirements!!!!!]

7. Prescriptions & Medications

Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of your provider. Youre Good does not guarantee that any particular medication will be prescribed. Medication prescriptions require ongoing follow-up appointments — failure to attend scheduled visits may result in discontinuation of your prescription.

Compounded medications available through Strive Compound Pharmacy are not FDA-approved in the same way as commercially manufactured drugs. Your provider will discuss the differences with you before prescribing any compounded medication.

[Legal review recommended: confirm compounding pharmacy disclosure language meets applicable requirements!!!]

8. No Guarantee of Outcomes

Results from any treatment, medication, or program at Youre Good vary by individual. We do not guarantee specific outcomes including weight loss, hormonal improvement, or resolution of any condition. Clinical recommendations are made in good faith based on your individual health history and the best available evidence at the time of your care.

9. Privacy & HIPAA

Youre Good is committed to protecting your health information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

[Legal review recommended: ensure a compliant HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices is published separately and referenced here!!!]
