We’re a cash-pay practice for visits. We work to get your medications processed through insurance whenever possible. Compounded medication options are available through Strive Compound Pharmacy if needed.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice. A $50 fee applies to no-shows and late cancellations. Keeping your appointments is part of how the program works — and it’s how you stay on track for refills.
