The People Behind Your Care
Youre Good is fortunate to have a team that genuinely cares — about the work, about the patients, and about getting it right.

Kristen Pasters, NP
Nurse Practitioner & Founder
Kristen Pasters spent 22 years in cardiology before making a deliberate shift into weight management, hormone care, diabetes, and eating disorder treatment — because she kept seeing patients whose real struggles were being overlooked. The ones handed a generic plan that had nothing to do with what was actually going on in their bodies. The ones who left appointments feeling worse than when they walked in. She built Youre Good to be the practice she wished existed.
Kristen is a certified family nurse practitioner, a certified diabetic educator, certified in treating binge eating disorder, and a certified shame-informed treatment specialist. She completed her BSN at Bowling Green State University and her master's degree at Chamberlain University, and is a proud member of Health At Every Size®. Her approach is direct, warm, and unhurried — she asks the questions other providers skip, and she actually waits for the answers.
Kristen has also completed advanced hormone therapy training through the Heather Hirsch Academy, a premier menopause education program developed by Harvard-trained physician Dr. Heather Hirsch — ensuring her HRT approach reflects the most current clinical evidence available.
Outside of the practice, she loves sports, traveling, and spending time with her husband, two bonus sons, and Whiskey.

Nancy Maddox
MBA, RD Registered Dietitian, Clinical Support
Nancy Maddox holds a degree in nutritional science from the University of New Hampshire and completed her dietetic internship at Massachusetts General Hospital. She also holds a certificate in adult weight management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and has spent the majority of her career helping people build a relationship with food and their bodies that holds up over time.
Nancy specializes in the intersection of menopause and weight — an area that's chronically under-addressed in most clinical settings. She understands that perimenopause and menopause change how the body processes food, stores fat, and responds to exercise, and she meets patients at that reality rather than applying advice designed for a different stage of life. Her approach is patient, thorough, and practical. She is passionate about education in the real sense — helping patients understand their own bodies well enough to make decisions that actually serve them long-term.

Kerri Maddox
Clinical Coordinator
Kerri Maddox is the person who makes sure everything at Youre Good runs the way it should — and for patients, that matters more than it might seem. Whether she's getting a new patient scheduled, helping someone navigate a question between visits, or keeping the day-to-day moving smoothly, she does it with warmth and genuine care for the people on the other end.
Outside of work, Kerri enjoys art, reading, and spending time with her family and her cat, Duncan.

Whiskey Pasters
Team Mascot
Whiskey Pasters is a goldendoodle, a certified good boy, and the unofficial heart of the Youre Good team. He fulfills his duties — enthusiastic greetings, unconditional warmth, treat consumption at every opportunity — with remarkable consistency and zero judgment. He is available for hellos on his walks in the Westford area and has never once made anyone feel bad about anything. His telehealth availability is limited, but his energy is very much present in the culture of this practice.
A Note From Our Team
WE BUILT THIS BECAUSE WE KNOW WHAT IT FEELS LIKE NOT TO BE HEARD.
Between us, we've spent decades in healthcare. And one of the things that's stayed with us — through all of it — is how often patients leave appointments more frustrated than when they walked in. Dismissed. Rushed. Given a plan that clearly wasn't built for them. Told that what they're experiencing is normal, or exaggerated, or just part of getting older.
We started Youre Good because we believed it could be different. That a practice could have real clinical depth and still feel warm. That a provider could tell you a hard truth and still make you feel completely safe. That you could walk into an appointment — or log on to one — and actually feel like the person on the other side of the screen was genuinely glad you came.
That's what we're committed to here. Every single visit.
We know that reaching out takes courage, especially if you've been let down before. When you call us, when you show up, when you trust us with something you haven't said out loud to anyone else — we don't take that lightly. We're honored by it, every time.
Youre Good exists for the people who needed a place like this and couldn't find one. We're really glad you found us.
— Kristen, Nancy & Kerri
Why Choose a Youre Good Provider?
Our team brings together over two decades of clinical experience across cardiology, weight management, hormone care, nutritional science, and eating disorder treatment. Every care plan at Youre Good is built by someone who has spent years in the specific area they're treating — and who stays current on the research so your care reflects what the evidence actually shows today.
We believe in honest guidance, treatment plans built around the actual person, and a standard of care that never loses sight of the human being behind the chart!
Specialized Expertise
Kristen holds certifications in diabetes education, binge eating disorder treatment, and shame-informed care. Nancy completed her dietetic internship at Massachusetts General Hospital and specializes in menopause and long-term weight management. This isn't general wellness — it's deep, focused clinical experience.
Individualized Care. Always.
No two patients at Youre Good leave with the same plan. Your hormones, your history, your labs, your life — all of it shapes your treatment. We adjust as you change, because a plan that worked three months ago may need to evolve.
A Practice Built on Trust
Our patients come to us after being dismissed elsewhere. Many of them have never had a provider take their concerns seriously before. Earning that trust — and keeping it — is something we think about every single day.
