Nutrition & Exercise Counseling — Massachusetts & Florida

Sustainable health is bigger than a prescription. Every program at Youre Good includes guidance that actually fits your life — because long-term results come from more than one thing.

Why Nutrition & Exercise Counseling at Youre Good

Three friends sharing a meal at a wooden table, laughing and smiling, with coffee mugs and plates, one person holding a croissant, and a newspaper on the table.

Generic meal plans and workout schedules have a poor track record — not because patients lack willpower, but because they're not built around the actual person. Your hormones affect how your body processes food. Your history with dieting affects your metabolism. Your schedule, your energy levels, your relationship with exercise — all of it matters, and none of it fits inside a standard program.

At Youre Good, nutrition and exercise guidance is woven into every program from the start. Nancy Maddox, our menopause and weight management specialist, holds a degree in nutritional science and completed her dietetic internship at Massachusetts General Hospital. This isn't generic wellness advice — it's clinical nutrition and exercise guidance from someone who has spent a career working with people on long-term health.

How It Works

Nutrition and exercise counseling happens within your existing program visits — it's not a separate service you have to book or an add-on you pay extra for. We assess where you are, what's realistic for your body and your life, and what changes are likely to actually stick. Guidance is updated at each follow-up as your body and your treatment plan evolve.

What to Expect

Practical, realistic recommendations that account for your actual life. Not a calorie target and a step count. We talk about what eating and movement look like for someone with your specific hormonal profile, your history, and your current energy levels. If you're on GLP-1 medications, we'll discuss how nutrition needs to be adjusted to support muscle preservation and long-term metabolic health.

Results

Patients who combine medical treatment with personalized nutrition and exercise guidance consistently see better long-term outcomes than those who rely on medication alone. The goal is always to build something sustainable — not a 30-day fix that disappears when you stop following the rules. Many of our patients report that the guidance they receive here is the first time a nutrition conversation has ever made practical sense for their life.
