What We Treat

Every program at Youre Good starts with a real conversation and ends with a plan that's actually built around you. Here's what we can help with.

Weight Management

If the scale hasn't moved despite everything you've tried, there's usually a reason — and finding it is where we start. We offer medically supervised weight management including GLP-1 medications, compounded options through Strive Compound Pharmacy, metabolic testing, and personalized treatment plans built around your body.

  • You start with a 30-minute consultation where we talk through what's been going on — your history, your hormones, what you've already tried, and what your goals actually are. From there we build a treatment plan specific to you. Follow-up visits are every 3 months for the first year, then every 4 months. We auto-schedule everything so you don't have to manage it yourself.

  • Yes. We prescribe both standard and compounded weight loss medications, including GLP-1s like semaglutide and tirzepatide, when they're the right fit for you clinically. We always try to get your medication covered through your insurance first. If that doesn't work out, we partner with Strive Compound Pharmacy for compounded options.

  • Every 3 months for the first year, then every 4 months after that. Keeping your appointments is required for ongoing medication approvals and refills — it's also how we make sure your treatment is actually working and adjust when it needs to.

Hormone Replacement Therapy

Menopause, perimenopause, PCOS, hormonal weight gain — hormonal shifts affect everything from your metabolism to your mood. Your initial visit includes a full lab workup, and your treatment plan is built entirely around your results. We offer both prescription and compounded hormone options.

  • Your first visit is 60 minutes and includes a comprehensive lab workup. We go through your symptoms, your history, and what's been going on in your body. By the end of the visit you'll have a clear picture of what's happening hormonally and what we're going to do about it. A 6-week follow-up is included to assess how you're responding and adjust your plan.

  • Most hormone therapy programs follow a one-size-fits-all approach. We don't. Every plan is built around your specific labs, your symptoms, and how your body responds over time. This matters especially with hormone replacement therapy, where getting the details right is the difference between feeling better and not feeling much at all.

  • Yes. We treat adults of all genders, including those who identify as transgender and gender non-binary. Whoever you are, your care plan is built around you.

Metabolic Testing

Your metabolism isn't like everyone else's — and treating it like it is rarely works. Metabolic testing gives us a real picture of what's happening in your body so your treatment is based on data, not assumptions. It's one of the things that makes our care plans genuinely individualized.

  • Metabolic testing measures how your body uses energy at rest — your resting metabolic rate. It helps us understand whether your metabolism is running slower than expected, which is one of the most common and most overlooked reasons people can't lose weight despite doing everything right. The test itself is simple and non-invasive.

  • Anyone who feels like their body isn't responding the way it should to diet and exercise. It's particularly useful for patients who have hit a weight loss plateau, those with a history of yo-yo dieting, and anyone whose metabolism may have been affected by hormonal changes, thyroid issues, or years of caloric restriction.

  • It gives us real numbers to work with. Instead of estimating what your body needs, we know. That means your nutrition guidance, your medication decisions, and your overall plan are all calibrated to how your body actually functions — not how we assume it does.

Eating Disorder & Disordered Eating Support

Food noise, emotional eating, a complicated relationship with food — these are more common than most people realize, and you don't need a formal diagnosis to deserve support. We provide compassionate, informed care that treats the whole picture, not just the symptom.

  • No. Many of our patients come to us with patterns they've never had a name for — obsessive thoughts about food, guilt after eating, restricting and then overeating, constant preoccupation with what they're putting in their body. You don't need paperwork or a prior diagnosis. If food feels like a source of stress or anxiety in your life, that's enough reason to talk to us.

  • For many patients, the two are deeply connected. We treat them together when that's what's needed. Our approach makes sure that weight management care never puts someone in a worse relationship with food — because that's not progress, that's just trading one problem for another. Kristen Pasters is certified in treating binge eating disorder and is a certified shame-informed treatment specialist, so this isn't an afterthought in how we practice.

  • A conversation. We'll ask about your history with food, your patterns, what's felt hard, and what kind of support you're looking for. There's no judgment, no clinical checklist being run against you. We listen first and build from there.

Nutrition & Exercise Counseling

Sustainable health is bigger than a prescription. Nutrition and exercise guidance is woven into every program at Youre Good — because the goal has always been to help you build something that actually lasts, not just something that works for 90 days.

  • Nutrition and exercise guidance is included in all of our programs. Every visit incorporates it where it's appropriate for you — because we don't believe in treating weight or hormones in isolation from the lifestyle factors that affect them.

  • Exactly where you are. We meet every patient at their current starting point — whether that's recovering from an injury, dealing with fatigue from hormonal changes, or just not knowing where to begin. We give you guidance that makes sense for your body right now, with room to build from there.

Frequently Asked Questions

We know starting something new comes with questions — especially when it involves your health. Here are the ones we hear most often, answered straight.

  • We're a fully virtual practice — all visits are conducted via telehealth through our patient portal. We currently see patients in Massachusetts and Florida. No commute, no waiting room.

  • That's the most common thing we hear. When diet and exercise aren't moving the scale, there's usually something else going on — hormones, insulin resistance, metabolic dysfunction. We look for the actual reason instead of handing you another plan that ignores it.

  • Yes. We prescribe both standard and compounded weight loss medications, including GLP-1s, when they're clinically appropriate for you. We work to get your medication covered through your insurance first. If it's not covered, we partner with Strive Compound Pharmacy for compounded options.

  • We do. Hormone therapy is one of our core programs. Your initial visit includes a comprehensive lab workup, and your treatment plan is built entirely around your results — not a standard protocol.

  • We're a cash-pay practice for visits. Initial consultations start at $100 for weight management and $150 for hormone therapy. We always try to get your medications processed through insurance. If that doesn't work out, compounded options are available at accessible pricing.

  • Absolutely — it's one of the most common concerns we hear. We walk every patient through their options before starting anything. Questions about long-term use, side effects, how injections work — bring all of it. You'll never be started on something you don't fully understand.

  • Yes — this is exactly what we specialize in. PCOS and insulin resistance are two of the most common drivers of weight gain that don't respond to diet and exercise alone. We treat the hormonal and metabolic picture, not just the number on the scale.

  • It's one of the most frustrating things to go through — and one of the most treatable. Hormonal shifts during perimenopause and menopause directly affect metabolism, fat distribution, and how your body responds to food. We have a dedicated menopause and weight management specialist on our team and a hormone therapy program built specifically for this.

  • You don't need a diagnosis to deserve support. Food anxiety, emotional eating, constant thoughts about food — these are real, and we treat them. You can talk to us about it without worrying about being judged or labeled.
