We’re the provider you always wished you had.
Youre Good was built out of a simple but radical belief: that every person deserves healthcare that sees them as a whole human being — not a number on a scale, not a problem to fix, not a set of lab values to optimize.
Too many people walk away from their doctors’ offices feeling worse than when they walked in. Dismissed. Lectured. Handed a generic diet plan and sent on their way. We know, because we’ve heard it from every patient who walks through our door.
So we built something different. A virtual practice rooted in clinical excellence and grounded in genuine compassion. A place where healthcare actually feels like a conversation.
We see patients in Massachusetts and Florida. All visits are virtual — because access to great care shouldn’t depend on where you live or whether you can take time off work.
Youre Good Mission
To create a comfortable, inclusive space where every person feels empowered to begin or continue their journey toward wellness — free from judgment, full of compassion, and backed by expert care.
What We Believe
-
Weight is not a willpower problem.
Hormones, genetics, insulin resistance, metabolic function, mental health — weight is shaped by more factors than any diet can address. We treat all of them.
-
Shame is not a clinical tool.
Criticizing someone’s size is not motivating. It causes harm. We are done with it. Our founder Kristen Pasters is a certified shame-informed treatment specialist — this isn’t just a value, it’s built into how we practice.
-
Personalized means personalized.
Not a template. Not a program. A real plan built around your body, your history, and your goals. This matters especially with hormone replacement therapy, where individualization is everything.
-
Every body belongs here.
We treat adults of all genders, including those who identify as transgender and gender non-binary. We are proud members of Health At Every Size®. Whoever you are, your care plan is built around you.
Our Approach to Medications
You'll never be started on anything you don't fully understand.
We offer both prescription and compounded medications. We always try to get your medications covered through your insurance first. If coverage isn’t available, we partner with Strive Compound Pharmacy to provide compounded options.
We know some patients have questions — and concerns — about injections and long-term medication use. We welcome those conversations. You’ll never be started on anything without a full explanation of what it is, how it works, and what to expect.
What Our Patients Are Saying

Regardless of where you are in your journey — YOU ARE GOOD.
Every visit. Every care plan. Every conversation. Built on the belief that you already deserve excellent care — exactly as you are.
What Can We Help You With?
-
Weight Management
If the scale isn’t moving despite diet and exercise, there’s usually a reason. Hormones, insulin resistance, metabolism — we look for what’s actually driving it and build a plan around your body.
-
Hormone Replacement Therapy
Menopause, perimenopause, PCOS, hormonal imbalances — we offer individualized HRT because your hormones are uniquely yours.
-
Metabolic Testing
Your metabolism isn’t like everyone else’s. Testing helps us build your plan on data, not guesswork.
-
Eating Disorder Support
Emotional eating, food anxiety, disordered patterns — we provide informed, compassionate care without shame.
-
Nutrition & Exercise Counseling
Woven into every program. Because long-term health is bigger than one treatment.
One Patient. One Year. Youre Good.
What changed in one year of care:
Personalized hormone therapy plan built around her specific lab results
Weight management medication managed and adjusted at every follow-up
Nutrition and exercise guidance included throughout — not as an afterthought
Consistent follow-up visits to track progress and refine her plan over time
Virtual care from the comfort of home — available to patients in Massachusetts and Florida
Results may vary. Every treatment plan at Youre Good is individualized based on your health history, labs, and goals.

Frequently Asked Questions
We know starting something new comes with questions — especially when it involves your health. Here are the ones we hear most often, answered straight.
-
We're a fully virtual practice — all visits are conducted via telehealth through our patient portal. We currently see patients in Massachusetts and Florida. No commute, no waiting room.
-
That's the most common thing we hear. When diet and exercise aren't moving the scale, there's usually something else going on — hormones, insulin resistance, metabolic dysfunction. We look for the actual reason instead of handing you another plan that ignores it.
-
Yes. We prescribe both standard and compounded weight loss medications, including GLP-1s, when they're clinically appropriate for you. We work to get your medication covered through your insurance first. If it's not covered, we partner with Strive Compound Pharmacy for compounded options.
-
We do. Hormone therapy is one of our core programs. Your initial visit includes a comprehensive lab workup, and your treatment plan is built entirely around your results — not a standard protocol.
-
We're a cash-pay practice for visits. Initial consultations start at $100 for weight management and $150 for hormone therapy. We always try to get your medications processed through insurance. If that doesn't work out, compounded options are available at accessible pricing.
-
Absolutely — it's one of the most common concerns we hear. We walk every patient through their options before starting anything. Questions about long-term use, side effects, how injections work — bring all of it. You'll never be started on something you don't fully understand.
-
Yes — this is exactly what we specialize in. PCOS and insulin resistance are two of the most common drivers of weight gain that don't respond to diet and exercise alone. We treat the hormonal and metabolic picture, not just the number on the scale.
-
It's one of the most frustrating things to go through — and one of the most treatable. Hormonal shifts during perimenopause and menopause directly affect metabolism, fat distribution, and how your body responds to food. We have a dedicated menopause and weight management specialist on our team and a hormone therapy program built specifically for this.
-
You don't need a diagnosis to deserve support. Food anxiety, emotional eating, constant thoughts about food — these are real, and we treat them. You can talk to us about it without worrying about being judged or labeled.
